User Preferences: We store your settings, such as your preferred Evaluation Mode, Theme, and API Endpoints, locally on your device using Chrome's storage API.
The text content is used solely to provide safety analysis, identify violations, and offer rewriting suggestions. We do not use your text for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the core functionality of the extension.
Transmission: Text content is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections to the API endpoints you have configured (e.g., Gemini, Ollama) for the purpose of analysis.
Storage: We do not store your text content permanently. User preferences are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless specifically required by features you opt-in to (such as cloud-synced settings).
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and ensure that local storage is handled according to Chrome Extension security best practices.
